We had the experience, the skills and the team to do it—having over 70 years of combined experience working for companies like Chemical Bank, Manufactures Hanover’s Benefit Source Trust, Chase Manhattan, and JP Morgan Chase, to name a few. Today, we offer a wide range of compensation and benefit consulting services that assist esteemed clients like you in attracting, retaining and motivating key employees.

In 1997, banks were facing the growing pressures of rising costs in an increasingly competitive and regulatory environment. A fact that is as true today as it was then! We came up with a patented process that assists in benefit cost optimization, and set out to share it with financial institutions that had never had access to the level of services we could provide. We specialized in the coordination of qualified retirement plans with non-qualified plans, and have great expertise in financing non-qualified plans with specialty insurance products for the Corporate-owned Life Insurance (COLI) and BOLI markets. The response was a resounding success, and we’ve never looked back!

In a way, it is rocket science! We consider ourselves Benefit Engineers. In fact, our team includes three engineering degrees, and two advanced degrees, including a JD, plus many specializations like Pension Specialist and Qualified Plan Administrator. All working in tandem, so every carefully implemented solution serves the greater good of your company’s goals.
